“This scholarship means a lot to me. It gives me the chance to go to school and gain an education and a degree in a field that truly interests me. Not only am I the first in my family to attend a university, but it means the world to me that I’m able to focus on what I want to study. I’m grateful for the opportunity to receive this scholarship because it relieves a little bit of the stress and allows me to focus on my education and using my newfound knowledge to the best of my abilities.
