Ashley Davis
Ashley is the daughter of William Bryant Davis, a NC Highway Patrolman who was killed in a motor vehicle accident in 1999 while responding to an emergency call. She lives in McCleansville with her mother and older sister. She graduated in 2007 from Eastern Guilford High School. In High School, she was a member of the Beta Club, National Honor Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and a member of the student council all four years. She also was a member of the tennis and volleyball teams. Ashley entered NC State University in the fall of 2007 with plans to major in social work The Assistant Principal at her High School describes Ashley as a positive role model who is determined to be successful. She further describes Ashley as having a Healthy balance among academics, extra-curricular activities and community service, an individual who will be successful in whatever path she chooses to follow in life. Ashley’s educational goal is to obtain a Masters Degree is Social Work as she likes to help people and wants to make a difference in the lives of others. Back to Scholarships |
